Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details before sending the item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom engraved or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please ensure that all customization details, including spelling, dates, and image selections, are correct before placing your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
